Rock Steady Boxing
Designed for people with Parkinson's disease. Evidence proves that exercise is just as effective as medication in combating the symptoms and slowing the progression of Parkinson's disease. Our classes are designed to tackle specific PD symptoms head-on -- focusing on getting the brain and body to work together better. Any level of disease progression is welcome, from those recently diagnosed to those needing support from assistive devices or a caregiver.

Additional Information
Any level of disease progression is welcome, from those recently diagnosed with minimal symptoms to those needing support from assistive devices or a caregiver. The most appropriate class level for each fighter will be determined during an assessment. Assessments are scheduled by calling or emailing, assessments are $45.

Length: Classes are 60 or 75 minutes long and are available Monday through Friday.
